Documenting our training before Killington Beast, Bucket Brigade was the bane of our existence in our first spartan race, now it is one of my most love-hate obstacles. Shown here is our full workout for the bucket brigade with a bucket from homedepot filled with a 50lb bag of sand. We carry this around the neigbourhood in order to build our strength endurance. Thanks to this training, we were alot stronger during our races and no longer fear this obstacle!
